By opting in to receive text messages from City Publications, you agree to these SMS Terms as well as our general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 1. Program Name & Description Program name: City Publications SMS Program. What messages you’ll receive: By enrolling, you consent to receive SMS messages from City Publications related to your inquiry and interest in our marketing services and publications. Messages may include: confirmation of your request for information, scheduling or appointment coordination, follow-up questions and answers, mailer/vendor and publication updates relevant to your request, and other service-related communications tied to your relationship with City Publications. 2. Message Frequency (Recurring Disclosure) Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services you request, and will not exceed 4 messages per month unless you initiate additional contact. 3.
